1. The service

SubZap scans your statements for recurring charges you may have forgotten, flags the trap patterns, and drafts cancellation letters grounded in Australian consumer law. You review and send every letter.

2. Price and payment

Free scan, no card required · SubZap Annual A$59/yr · AUD, GST incl. Payment is taken through our secure checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

3. Refund policy

The short version: Full refund within 14 days of signup if no paid scan has been run on your statement. Cancel anytime in one click from any email; the free scan stays free.

2. After 14 days, or once a paid scan has been run, the annual fee is not refundable, but you can cancel the renewal at any time and keep the remaining months.

3. Cancelling SubZap itself is one click, no retention maze. A subscription killer should not trap you.

4. What the service is not

SubZap provides general information only, not legal or financial advice. SubZap is a consumer-information tool, not a law firm or financial adviser.

5. Your responsibilities

• Letters are templates: you review each one before sending.
• You do not use SubZap to send bulk or unsolicited messages.
• You keep your login details private.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit material you have no right to share, or use it to send unsolicited messages to third parties.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email to current customers, and the updated date above changes with them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
